Programs Division

AIX Group was formed to provide services to the program insurance marketplace and that continues to be our overarching mission. We work with our clients to build customized solutions for their specific insurance needs. We bring an array of options to our clients so that the best outcome can be assured.

Some of the key attributes of our program division are as follows:

• We would like to see homogeneity in the risk, be it risk class, geographic, line of business or affinity group. This allows us to provide client focused forms, rates, loss control and claims handling.
• Programs sized between $3M and $35M in primary premium
• All underwriting authority remains at the AIX Group level.
• All ventures must have risk sharing by the distribution source and/or the insured built into the structure. This can take the form of a sliding scale commission, a captive, a collateral account or some other type of risk bearing mechanism.
• Primary policy limits are typically:
  • $1M for Automobile Liability, General Liability and Property Coverage
  • Statutory limits for Workers Compensation
  • We can provide reinsurance placement for excess limits should the need arise.
