Programs Division

AIX Group's overarching mission is to provide expert services to the program insurance marketplace.  We work with our clients to build customized solutions for their specific insurance needs.  We bring an array of options to our clients to assure that the best outcome is achieved.

Some of the key attributes of our program division are:

• Homogeneity in the risk, be it risk class, geographic, line of business or affinity group, which allows us to provide client focused forms, rates, loss control and claims handling.
• Programs sized between $3M and $35M in primary premium.
• All underwriting authority at the AIX Group level.
• Risk sharing by the distribution source and/or the insured built into the structure.  This can take the form of a sliding scale commission, a captive, a collateral account or some other type of risk bearing mechanism.
• Typical primary policy limits:            
• $1M for Automobile Liability, General Liability and Property Coverage
• Statutory limits for Workers Compensation
• Reinsurance placement for excess limits should the need arise.
